Future Sound Awards

  1. To enter the Future Sound Awards, you must be at least 18 years of age and have valid ID to verify this.
  2. The Future Sound Awards is open to all creators across the globe. You may enter as many tracks as you wish, providing they are fully AI generated and 100% original.
  3. By entering the Future Sound Awards you confirm that your music track is your own creation and does not knowingly copy or use the ID of any other real life or AI piece of music without their permission. If you are found to be copying music from other parties without their consent, you will be removed from the competition.
  4. To enter the Future Sound Awards you must submit your entry by 15th July 2025 any entries after this date will not be counted.
  5. To submit your entry to the Future Sound Awards you must follow the questionnaire on https://www.waicas.com/ (via Enter Now) by answering every question. If you do not complete this in full your entry may not be counted.
  6. Entries to the Future Sound Awards will be judged by an expert judging panel made of Christopher Johnson, Jeff Nang and Butterbro. Each judge will use their wealth of expertise to assess contestants' submissions across vocals, lyrics, beat and authenticity, combining their scores with track listener numbers on the TwoShot chart.
  7. The winner of the Future Sound Awards will be announced no later than 31st July 2025 and will be informed by email. If you do not reply within one week, we retain the right to revoke your winning title and award it to the runner up instead.
  8. The runners up of the Future Sound Awards will be announced no later than 31st July 2025 and will be informed by email. If you do not reply within one week, we retain the right to revoke your winning title and award it to the runner up instead.
  9. Prizes for the Future Sound Awards are as follows: $7,000 for the winner, and $1,500 each for 2 runners up.
  10. All prizes for the Future Sound Awards will be awarded and paid in full by 31st August 2025.
  11. If you are informed as a winner or runner up of the Future Sound Awards you agree for your AI music track to be used in marketing materials across Press/PR, paid, social and online indefinitely.
  12. If you are informed as a winner or runner up the Future Sound Awards you agree to make yourself available for media interviews at request of Idea Farm and Fanvue.
  13. Intellectual Property: By  submitting an AI-generated music track to the Future Sound Awards, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and creator of the submission. You retain full ownership of your submission. However, by entering the Future Sound Awards, you grant the Future Sound Awards, Fanvue and its partners, including Twoshot, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:

    Store and host your submission on our digital platforms, including but not limited to the Future Sound Awards website and SoundCloud account.
    Distribute and make publicly available your submission via our SoundCloud playlist, website, and other digital streaming channels.
    Use, share, and promote your submission in connection with the Future Sound Awards, including in marketing campaigns, social media content, press releases, newsletters, podcasts, and interviews across any media format (now known or later developed).
    Display your name, artist name, and track title in connection with the promotion and celebration of your submission and the Awards.

    This license is granted solely for purposes related to the Future Sound Awards and does not transfer ownership of the submission.

    You represent and warrant that your Submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property or moral rights of any third party, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanvue, The Future Sound Awards, and its partners from any claims arising from the use or distribution of your submission in accordance with these Terms.
  14. Data Protection and Privacy: By entering the Future Sound Awards, you acknowledge and agree that Fanvue and our accompanying partners, including, Idea Farm, Imagine Educaton, hot (“we”, “our”, “us”) may collect and process certain personal data you provide as part of your submission. This may include your name, email address, artist name, social media handles, and any other information submitted via our entry form or through our partner platform, Twoshot, or Soundcloud. We process this data for purposes including:
    • Administering and managing your entry;
    • Communicating with you regarding your submission and status in the Awards;
    • Promoting the Awards and, where applicable, your submission;
    • Fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations.
    We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including your rights and how to exercise them, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

AI Woman of the Year Awards

  1. To enter the AI Woman of the Year Awards, you must be at least 18 years of age and have valid ID to verify this.
  2. The AI Woman of the Year Awards is open to all creators across the globe. You may enter as many AI models as you like, providing they are fully AI generated, and all different creations with different names and profiles.
  3. By entering the AI Woman of the Year Awards, you confirm that your AI Model is your own creation and does not knowingly copy or use the ID of any other real life or AI model without their permission. If you are found to be copying imagery from other models without their consent, you will be removed from the competition.
  4. To enter the AI Woman of the Year Awards, you must submit your entry by the official 2025 date (to be announced shortly). Any entries after this date will not be counted. To submit your entry to the AI Woman of the Year Awards, you must follow the questionnaire (available once entries open), by answering every question and uploading photos / links where requested. If you do not complete this in full your entry may not be counted.
  5. Entries to the AI Woman of the Year Awards, will be judged by an expert judging panel. Each judge will use their wealth of expertise to assess contestants across three core categories; beauty, realism, and social clout. A points-based system will be used to score each creator across the three categories with each entrant given an overall score.
  6. Submissions will be whittled down to a final Top 10, before the Top 5 will be awarded at an online ceremony. The winner of the AI Woman of the Year Awards, will be notified by us on the closing date. If you do not reply within one weekwe retain the right to revoke your winning title and award it to the runner up instead.
  7. The runners up of the AI Woman of the Year Awards, will be announced by us on the closing date. If you do not reply within one week, we retain the right to revoke your winning title and award it to the runner up instead.
  8. Prizes for the AI Woman of the Year Awards for the top 3 creators will be specified when entries open.
    All prizes for Miss AI, The World Creator Awards will be awarded and paid in full within 30 days of the winners announcement.
  9. If you are informed as a winner or runner up of the AI Woman of the Year Awards, you agree for your AI Model’s imagery and social channels to be used in marketing materials across Press/PR, paid, social and online indefinitely.
  10. If you are informed as a winner or runner up the AI Woman of the Year Awards, you agree to make yourself available for media interviews at request of Idea Farm and Fanvue.
